(Please note also we have added a new program that is available only in Orange and Sullivan Counties also provided below)

Each option allows for purchasing the plan with or without prescription coverage and all of our three non-high deductible plans have three different prescription options so you can select the one that is best for your business. Rates are good for one year from your enrollment date and have the flexibility of 2, 3 or 4 tier rating.
Kindly note that enrollment services are provided by Apollo Partners N.Y. Inc. (an A+ rated BBB Accredited Business) which administers the plans for NESBG and provides billing and patient advocacy services for members. Please note also that there are never any administrative fees added by Apollo to NESBG member bills and the premium will only be the New York State Insurance Department approved rates for the plans selected.

List of NESBG CDPHP Rating Regions:
While all programs are available to all members in the counties listed, rates vary by rating region, plan selected, rating tier selected, and whether a small business with employees or a sole-proprietor without employees. Please call NESBG at 800.700.1294 for the rate sheets for your specific region and business situation.
Capital Rating Region: Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington Counties.
Central Rating Region: Essex, Hamilton, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida and Otsego Counties
Eastern Hudson Valley Rating Region: Dutchess County Only
Southern Rating Region: Broome, Chenango, Delaware and Tioga Counties
Western Hudson Valley Rating Region: Orange and Ulster Counties
